Meaghan Doherty Myers is a seasoned ballet dancer and teacher, with over 25 years of experience in advanced classical ballet, pointe, and repertory. Hailing from Boston where she trained at Ballet Workshop of New England, a Balanchine-style school, Meaghan has lived in five different countries and has danced in all of them. She danced professionally with Exit 12 Dance Company in New York City from 2011-2013 and remains a life-long advocate for arts therapy and using artistic expression to connect to military and veteran communities. Meaghan has a B.A. from Fordham University and M.A. from the Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies in international relations. She concurrently teaches advanced ballet technique at Columbus State University.
